Elizabeth Caldwell graduated from Mississippi University for Women in 1991 with a B.S. in Accounting. Since graduation, she has spent the majority of her career with Sara Lee Foods acting in the capacities of Director of Business Planning and Controller. Elizabeth left Sara Lee in 2007 in order to obtain her Masters of Accountancy from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. Since then she has taught several accounting and business classes for area colleges and the online community, and helped her husband with their erosion control business.
Elizabeth joined the Southern Ag team in November of 2013 as their accountant. Her husband, Bob, has always been involved in agriculture in various capacities. They have two daughters who they spend most of their spare time with.
