Cam was born and raised in Cleveland, MS and went to Mississippi State on a football scholarship, where he graduated with a BS in Ag Pest Management and an MS in Weed Science and Wildlife Ecology and Management. Cam’s masters focus was rice weed control and much of his early career was dedicated to becoming an expert in the US rice market from California through the MidSouth. 

Cam’s career of over 25 years in the ag industry has included roles throughout the agricultural and food production value chain in Sales, Marketing, Research, and Executive Leadership. These roles in university, supplier, retail, and startup companies have provided a unique perspective for relating to and working with influencers and end-users to execute advanced problem solving, unique go-to-market scenarios, and innovative business model shifts. Cam enjoys sharing life and career experiences to create vision and strategy while developing peers and leading change adoption. 

Cam, his wife, and their three children are residents of Starkville, MS. God, family, community, and the outdoors are what he loves most.
