Harrison grew up in Tupelo, Mississippi, with strong family ties to Calhoun County—where his interest in agriculture first took root. He graduated from Mississippi State University in 2021 with a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering, Technology, and Business. While in college, he gained hands-on experience mentoring under multiple crop consultants and collecting soil samples across the region.

In the spring of 2022, Harrison joined Southern Ag as an agronomist, focusing on soil fertility and precision agriculture applications. Today, he plays a key support role across Southern Ag’s footprint and actively scouts crops throughout eastern Mississippi and north Alabama. He is licensed in entomology, plant pathology, and weed control, and holds multiple certifications in precision agriculture.

Harrison lives in Starkville with his wife, Ashley, and their son, Rhett. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with family. Harrison can be reached at harrison@southernaginc.com
