Jordan Collins grew up on his family’s farm in Calhoun City, MS. Beginning in 1998 Jordan worked for the Boll Weevil Eradication Program, checking the pheromone traps weekly. In 2000, he began assisting crop consultants and continued to do so throughout the rest of high school.

Jordan attended Mississippi State University in 2004, graduating in December of 2008 with a degree in Agronomy with a concentration in Integrated Crop Management. While in college he continued to assist crop consultants, gaining field knowledge and experience. He, also, has experience working with the MSU Cotton Breeder and the MSU Extension Forage Specialist programs. In 2010, Jordan began working for Southern Ag where he is a crop consultant and assists with variety testing and soil sampling.

Jordan is a licensed consultant in the state of Mississippi and works in North Central Mississippi. When not working Jordan enjoys spending time with his family and hunting.
